Cloud-hosted, continuously learning, and engineered for the real world. PlateMaster reads plates at speed — across all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska — in any weather condition, any camera angle.
Not yet publicly released. PlateMaster is currently in an internal testing phase. Platform access is restricted to authorised testers. Public launch timing will be announced — contact us to register interest.
How It Works
PlateMaster processes frames through a four-stage pipeline — image capture to verified plate output — entirely in the cloud, with no on-premise hardware required.
Frames are submitted via REST API or direct camera stream. Accepts JPEG, PNG, and H.264 video streams from IP cameras, dashcams, and fixed ALPR units.
Our neural detection model locates plate regions within the frame, handling oblique angles, partial occlusions, motion blur, and low-light conditions automatically.
Extracted regions are processed through our OCR engine, matched against all 50 US state plate schemas including Hawaii and Alaska, and validated against character-frequency models per state.
Verified reads are returned as structured JSON — plate string, confidence score, state, timestamp, and bounding box — with optional webhook push for hotlist integration.
Platform Features
PlateMaster ships as a complete ALPR platform. No third-party dependencies, no patchwork integrations — one API that handles the full recognition pipeline.
Full coverage across every US state including Hawaii and Alaska. All regional plate variants, speciality plates, commercial formats, and state-specific character profiles handled natively — no configuration required.
Sub-200ms average latency from image submission to structured result. Architected for high-throughput deployments — tolls, intersections, and multi-camera networks — without degradation under load.
Upload watchlists via CSV or API. Instant alert webhooks fire when a matching plate is read — configurable per list, per camera group, per severity level. CJIS compliance is a planned roadmap milestone.
Every read returns a clean, versioned JSON payload: plate string, state, confidence score, bounding box coordinates, timestamp, and processing metadata. Designed for direct database write.
Configure outbound webhooks for any event — read completed, hotlist match, confidence-below-threshold. Full retry logic, signed payloads (HMAC-SHA256), and delivery logs included.
Live read volumes, accuracy metrics, camera health, hotlist hit rates, and historical trend data — all surfaced in the PlateMaster web dashboard. Export to CSV or pipe to your own BI stack via API.
No on-premise hardware, no local model hosting. PlateMaster runs entirely in our cloud — auto-scaling, redundant across availability zones, with 99.9% uptime SLA on Pro and above.
Every test deployment improves the model. Anonymised read data feeds our continuous training pipeline — accuracy increases with each testing cycle, with version-locked model endpoints available for compliance.
RESTful API with comprehensive documentation, SDK support for Python, Node.js, and Go, OpenAPI 3.0 spec, sandbox environment, and interactive API explorer — available from day one of your plan.
Supported Jurisdictions

Accuracy
PlateMaster is in active internal testing. Current read accuracy sits at 60–70% across mixed real-world conditions. Our training pipeline ingests anonymised deployment data continuously — accuracy improves with every testing cycle.
* Accuracy figures represent clean-plate reads under standard conditions. Degraded conditions (heavy occlusion, extreme angle, damaged plates) are reported separately in dashboard metrics.
CJIS Certification — Planned. We are pursuing CJIS compliance certification ahead of our law enforcement launch. This certification is not yet obtained. Deployments in CJIS-governed environments are not currently supported.
