Who We Are
The Evil Corp is a multi-division advanced technology group founded in Q1 2026, operating across defense, law enforcement, aerospace, software engineering, and ALPR intelligence.
We don't specialise in one sector. We build systems that work across all of them — from battlefield threat detection to automatic plate recognition to enterprise cloud infrastructure. Each division is purpose-built, vertically integrated, and engineered from the ground up.
The Evil Corp was founded because the most critical technology sectors — defense, law enforcement, aerospace, and intelligence infrastructure — were being underserved by fragmented vendors who couldn't own their outcomes. Software companies that didn't build hardware. Hardware manufacturers with mediocre software. Neither fully accountable for what happened in the field.
Mala founded The Evil Corp to eliminate that gap across every domain simultaneously. By operating as a vertically integrated, multi-division technology group — owning the hardware, the software, the recognition engine, and the cloud platform — The Evil Corp is accountable end-to-end, regardless of which sector it's operating in.
The name carries deliberate irony. Operating in defense, surveillance, and intelligence technology demands more accountability than most industries, not less. We take that seriously. Every contract, every deployment, every line of code we ship carries weight. We do not outsource that judgment to clients, governments, or market demand.
We are young and we are in beta across several product lines. We are transparent about where we are, because early clients deserve honesty — and because we intend to be the best, not just claim it.
Across every division, we build the hardware and the software. Owning the full stack means we can diagnose, fix, and improve at every layer — not pass blame between vendors.
Defense, law enforcement, aerospace, and software are not siloed. Capability developed in one division informs the others — sensor fusion built for aerospace strengthens ALPR; secure comms built for defense underpins law enforcement.
We don't overstate current capabilities. Several product lines are in beta. Early clients get real metrics, early access to improvements, and locked-in pricing — not marketing figures.
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell plate data or operational intelligence. Data collected on our platforms belongs to the client. That position is non-negotiable across every division.
We operate in sectors where the consequences of getting it wrong are not abstractions. We maintain an active ethics framework, a published conduct standard, and the right to terminate any contract we cannot support.
Our Continental Operations division — led from France — handles multi-jurisdiction deployments with localised compliance, 24/7 NOC support, and cross-border expertise across EU and UK markets.
The Evil Corp is committed to operating within applicable legal and regulatory frameworks across all divisions and jurisdictions. We are transparent about our current status and actively working toward full accreditation in all target markets.
All platforms are designed with EU data protection requirements as a baseline. Data minimisation, retention controls, and audit logging are built into the core infrastructure across all divisions.
Our Continental Operations division is actively working through the EU AI Act conformity assessment. ALPR and defense intelligence systems fall under high-risk classification requirements, addressed with legal advisors in France.
Full US regulatory accreditation including CJIS certification is actively being pursued. We are not yet certified to US federal standards. Organisations with specific US compliance requirements should contact us before deployment.
All technology transfers and deployments involving defense and aerospace products undergo export control compliance review. No shipment, transfer, or access grant occurs without sign-off.
NIS2 directive alignment and ISO 27001 certification are on the product roadmap. Timeline available on request.
The Evil Corp does not sell personal information under any circumstances. Ever.
We do not sell, share, or monetise plate read data or operational intelligence. Your data is yours.
Data is not used to train third-party models or shared with advertising platforms.
Clients control data retention periods. Data can be purged on request at any time.
Enterprise deployments can operate entirely air-gapped with no cloud data transfer.
Full audit logs provided for legal and evidentiary use on Enterprise and Custom plans.
A signed contract is not a blank check on our judgment. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement whose use shifts in a direction we cannot support.
Whether you're evaluating ALPR, defense infrastructure, aerospace systems, or enterprise software — we'll give you an honest picture of what The Evil Corp can deliver for your operation right now.
